Communicator Web Access Deployment Permissions (2007 R2 Beta)

The following table lists the minimum group membership requirements for deploying the 2007 R2 release of Communicator Web Access.

In addition, the service account that will run Communicator Web Access (by default, CWAService) must be a member of the RTCComponentUniversalServices group.
You can delegate installation of Communicator Web Access to someone who does not have the required group memberships. For details, see Delegating Office Communications Server Setup and Administration.
