Description

Determines how long a memory cache in the client computer saves Domain Name System (DNS) records that the Net Logon service registers.

DNS records registered by Net Logon are not cached.

0x1–0x7FFFFFFF seconds

Specifies the maximum time that DNS records registered by Net Logon are saved in the cache.

This value applies to all records, regardless of how frequently or how recently the records might be referenced. It ensures that client records are always current.
