Description
Determines whether the unlock-behind optimization feature is enabled. If enabled, the redirector unlocks data immediately in response to an unlock request. It does not wait for confirmation from the server that the unlock operation is complete.

Unlock-behind optimization improves performance significantly. Do not change the value of this entry unless you are testing the system.
