Screen Saver. Screensaver-name

Description

This subkey represents a screen saver, and it stores entries that apply only to that screen saver.

The Control Panel subkey can contain subkeys representing each screen saver installed on Windows 2000. The Screen Saver. Screensaver-name subkey is a variable representing these subkeys. Each Screen Saver. Screensaver-name subkey stores data that is specific to a screen saver.

Change method

To change the screen saver, double-click Display in Control Panel. Click the Screen Saver tab, and then select a screen saver from the list.

The Screen Saver. Screensaver-name subkey is a variable representing the screen saver subkeys in HKCU\Control Panel subkey. It does not actually appear in the registry. This subkey entry displays information that is common to screen savers and that is stored in the Control Panel subkey.
