User Action:
The steps to correct this problem are: 1) Stop the WINS service. 2) Click Start , point at Settings , and then click Network and Dial-up Connections . 3) Right-click Local Area Connection and then click Properties . 4) Check to see that the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is being used. If not, install the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). 5) Restart WINS.
