Default.htm, Default.asp

Default.htm or Default.asp should be the default home page for the application, and the server default should be set accordingly using Internet Services Manager. This enables users to find sites in your organization consistently, by typing the server address plus the application root directory name. For example, a user can access MSDN Online by entering https://msdn.microsoft.com/default.asp. Entering the name of the home page is not necessary.
