Explanation:

No computer is specified as a time-server in the configuration for the Server service.

User Action:

This setting must be made in the Registry. Set the parameter in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\LanmanServer\\Para eters\\TimeSource.
