Prohibit user from changing My Documents path

Description
Prevents users from changing the path to the My Documents folder.
By default, a user can change the location of the My Documents folder by typing a new path in the Target box of the Properties dialog box for My Documents . If you enable this policy, when users type a new path in the Target box, a message appears explaining that a policy prevents the action.
