Description
Windows 2000 does not use this entry. The entry remains in the registry to support programs designed for Windows NT 4.0 and earlier.
In Windows NT 4.0 and earlier, this entry controlled the Shutdown and Power off option. This option is not available in Windows 2000. Instead, when you shut down Windows 2000, it automatically turns power off on all computers that support this feature.
