Restore Configurations for Security Components

You can use the Windows EBS Administration Console to apply a best-practices configuration to a security component. You may need to do this if you have temporarily modified the configuration of a security component, but you want to restore the settings for Windows EBS.

Important

It is recommended that you save your network firewall settings before you restore the Windows EBS configuration. You can use the Save network firewall settings task in the Administration Console to do this.

For information about the configuration of the security components in Windows EBS, see Security Configuration in Windows Essential Business Server.
