User Action:

Use the Microsoft Internet Information Services Setup program to remove and reinstall Internet Information Services (IIS). Prior to reinstalling IIS, verify that the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is configured at the top of the protocol stack and is bound to the network adapter.
