Explanation:

NTFS and FAT system files are created on the volume by the format command. The system files have known file record segment numbers in the master file table that resides in the root directory of both volumeS. During a reboot, chkdsk found a corrupted system file and is unable to correct the problem.

User Action:

Try running chkdsk again. If you continue to get this message, backup the data on the drive. Perform a low level format and then restore the data. If the problem persist, replace the drive.
