The Cluster Resource Monitor was started with an invalid command line option name.

Explanation:

The Resource Monitor .exe accepts the -e, -m, -p, and -d parameters. Starting the Resource Monitor from the cluster service prevents this error from occurring, because the cluster service command creates those parameters on the fly. The only one you can pass thru from cluster service is -d. The command "clussvc -?" lists the parameters and what they mean.

User Action:

Restart the Resource Monitor by restarting cluster service.
