Explanation:
Either a secondary DNS server has requested a zone transfer, or the primary sever has notified the secondary server of changes to the primary server's database. When changes occur in the primary server's database, the serial number in the primary server's SOA record is incremented by one. A zone transfer will take place if the notification parameter has been set on the primary server or if the refresh time in the SOA record for the secondary server has expired.
