Explanation:

The specified file or program is not compatible with Windows 2000.

User Action:

If the specified application is an MS-DOS program, switch to an MS-DOS session and retry the command. Otherwise, reinstall the application and retry the command. If you get this message again, contact the supplier of the application program.
