Error Message:

Cluster disk resource name: has corrupt files. Running ChkDsk /F to repair problems.

Explanation:

When bringing the drive that is the Quorum Disk resource online, the Cluster service checks whether the drive or any of the files on it are corrupted. If the drive is corrupted, chkdsk tries to fix the corruption. This message is also logged as part of failure detection in IsAlive checks.

User Action:

If chkdsk /f fixes the corruption, no recovery action on your part is necessary. If chkdsk /f doesn't fix the corruption, reinstall the cluster software.
