Explanation:

This error can occur when the user tries to bring a resource group online, so the Network Name resource tries to come on line. The Network Name resource is not configured to register with WINS or NetBIOS and was unable to register with DNS, so it couldn't register the name with any name servers.

User Action:

Verify that the node has DNS servers configured and that it has connectivity to those DNS servers: \r\n1) Try to ping between the servers.\r\n 2) On the command line, test connectivity with the netview //server command.
