Description

Specifies the maximum time a connection can be delayed before the Server service disables raw I/O for the connection.

Raw I/O is an optimizing feature that permits the Server service to send unsegmented data across the network. Because raw I/O can cause delays, the service disables it to try to resolve the delay.
