Description

Allows an administrator to define the start-up mode (manual, automatic, disabled) as well as the access permissions (for example, Start, Stop, Pause) for all system services.

The System Services folder is available only in Group Policy objects associated with domains, OUs, and sites. The System Services folder does not appear in the Local Computer Policy object.
