User Action:

Verify that your WINS IP addresses are correct. If the addresses are correct, test them by using the ping or nbtstat utilities. If resolution is successful, enable DNS for Windows Resolution. 1. Open Control Panel, and then double-click Network and Dial-up Connections . 2. Right-click the network connection, and then click Properties . 3. Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) , and then click Properties . 4. Click Advanced , and then the WINS tab. 5. Verify that the IP addresses for both the primary and secondary WINS servers are correct, and that the Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP radio button is selected. 6. Click OK .
