Change method
To change the value of this entry, use the DHCP Manager snap-in. Right-click the name of the server, click Properties, and then click the General tab. This entry stores the setting of the Enable Audit Log check box.

Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry unless you use DHCP Manager to change the default value of this entry.
