Description
Specifies the command run when a 16-bit Windows application starts. The command includes the name and location of the program that creates a virtual DOS machine (NTVDM) for 16-bit Windows programs. All 16-bit Windows programs run on Windows 2000 in a process that this program creates.

Activation method
