Error Message:

The DHCP client could not renew the lease of the IP Address address. Your lease is valid until date. DHCP will try to renew the lease before it expires. If you want to see DHCP messages in the future, choose YES. Otherwise choose NO.

Explanation:

By default, the client tries to renew its lease for its Internet Protocol (IP) address when 50 percent of the lease time has expired. The attempt to renew the lease has failed.

User Action:

Contact the network administrator and verify that the IP address currently leased to the client has not been deleted from the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) scope. Verify that the DHCP server service is running on the DHCP server and that the DHCP client service is running on the client. If the DHCP server is down, wait for it come back online; when it does, the client will try to renew its IP address lease again. If you continue to receive this message, use the command ipconfig from the command prompt to release the current IP address and get a new IP address.
