Explanation:
The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server service cannot start. The system is probably out of memory, or the Registry might be corrupted.
User Action:
Restart your computer, and try again. Try running Jetpack on the database. If you continue to receive this message, try removing and reinstalling DHCP by using the Network option in Control Panel.
