Description
Specifies the locale that the current user has selected. The locale identifies the geographic variation of the spoken language that the user has chosen. The chosen locale determines the default values for all other regional preferences, such as how dates and times are formatted and the symbols that are used in currency.
Change method
To change the value of this entry, double-click Regional Options in Control Panel. Click the General tab, and then make a selection from the Your locale (location) list.
