Explanation:

User Action:
If the WKS record is present in the specified file in DNS Manager: 1. Delete the specified WKS record. 2. Recreate the record by right-clicking the specified file and clicking New Record. If the record is not present: 1. In Windows 2000 Explorer, go to the Systemroot\System32\Dns directory. 2. Double-click the specified file, and select Notepad to open it. 3. Check the specified line for the WKS record. If the WKS record is present, check the syntax and format of the record, and verify that the record is not commented out. 4. If the record is not present in the specified line, recreate the record using DNS Manager. 5. If you make changes to the record, save and close the database file. 6. Stop and restart the DNS server service.
