About workers

Set up personal titles

For each worker, you can select a personal title and a personal suffix for that worker. A personal title might be Mr. or Miss. A personal suffix might be Jr. or II. Use the Name title and suffix form to customize the list of personal titles and personal suffixes for workers. For more information, see Name title or suffix (form).

Set up name sequences

For each worker, you can select the sequence in which their name should be displayed in reports and forms within Microsoft Dynamics AX. Use the Name sequences form to customize the list of name sequences. For more information, see Name sequences (form).

Set up titles

For each worker, you can select a professional title to associate with the worker. For example, a professional title might be Accounting manager. Use the Titles form to customize the list of titles. For more information, see Position and job titles (form).

Set up ethnic origins
