Customizing IAG client endpoint components

There are a number of Whale Communications Intelligent Application Gateway (IAG) 2007 client endpoints component settings you can customize before deploying components to client endpoints, including the following:

  • You can specify how the Attachment Wiper component cleans up items saved outside the browser cache on client endpoints, and you can configure a scheduled cleanup. For more information, see Customizing the IAG Attachment Wiper component.

  • IAG uses the Client Endpoint Detection component to detect applications on client endpoints and thus apply client endpoint policies, based on detection findings. You can create a customized version of this component. For more information, see Customizing the IAG Client Endpoint Detection component.
