Uninstalling IAG Service Pack 2

This topic describes how to uninstall Whale Communications Intelligent Application Gateway (IAG) 2007 SP2 from a hardware appliance. The hardware appliance reverts to the previous configuration of IAG.

To uninstall IAG SP2

  • On the IAG appliance, open the following file:

    …\Whale-Com\e-Gap\patchDB

  • Double-click Uninstall-last.bat.

    The uninstall process runs automatically.

    This process may take a few minutes to complete.

    When the uninstall process is done, you are notified that the process completed successfully.
