How to Restore a Customer

This topic describes how to restore customer properties after the customer properties have been deleted and archived.

How to restore a customer

  1. Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click Deleted Items.

    Note

    If you cannot see the Tree View pane, click Tree View on the toolbar.

  4. In the Search Results pane, select the customer who you want to restore.

  5. In the Tasks pane, click Restore.

    The restored customer appears in the Tree View pane under All Customers.
