Standard conferencing support in Office Communications Server 2007 R2 includes Web conferencing and A/V conferencing, which make it possible for users in your organization to create and join in real-time Web-based conferences, or meetings. Office Communications Server Web conferencing and A/V conferencing enable you to implement conferencing in an environment controlled by your organization. On-premises conferences can be scheduled or unscheduled, and they can include IM, audio, video, desktop sharing, slide presentations, shared attachments, shared applications, and other forms of data collaboration.
