I can't get in to see my grades for my on-line classes. Keep getting HTTP 401.1. I am not real good with computers and need a simple way to fix this. Can anyone help?

When i am on this website http:// conyers.house.gov this message came on.. You are not authorized to viwe this page etc etc I like to know WHO is cutting me off. This is not the only web site. when I do e-mail my page disappears.I dont get my e-mail like from the companies i sighned up for!

I can't open a certain website that I go on everyday. Infact, I was playing a game on this website earlier today and then it shut down. When I tried to reopen it, I got the Error code 403.1. How do I fix this???

I need to find out how to fix this problem because I use this website for taking my tests online for school.
