Recovering a SharePoint Site Collection
Applies To: System Center Data Protection Manager 2007
Follow the procedure outlined in this section to recover a protected SharePoint site collection.
Procedure to recover a site collection
Create an empty site collection with the same name on the target farm.
Recover the top-level site from the site collection.
Note
If one content database contains only one site collection, you can chose to recover the database directly and then attach it to the farm using the stsadm command
