Deleting a Communicator Web Access Virtual Server

Communications Server 2007 R2

Topic Last Modified: 2009-02-27

In addition to adding virtual servers, the Communicator Web Access snap-in also makes it easy to delete virtual servers.

  1. Log on to the computer that is running the Communicator Web Access snap-in. To delete a virtual server, you must be logged on as a member of the local Administrators group and the RTCUniversalServerAdmins group.

  2. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Communicator Web Access.

  3. Expand the name of the computer where the virtual server is hosted, right-click the name of the virtual server to be deleted, and then click Delete.

  4. In the Warning dialog box, click Yes to delete the virtual server.
