All Lookup Servers Settings

To configure Lookup Server settings for the pool, click the All Lookup Servers tab of the System Wide view. All servers in the pool share the Lookup Server SIP URI and user account information. This tab contains the following settings:

  • SIP URI: Identifies the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that is used to access Office Communications Server 2007 R2.
  • Username: Identifies the user name that is used to access Office Communications Server 2007 R2.
  • Password: Identifies the password that is associated with the user name.

To modify the password

  1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Group Chat Server.

  2. In the Group Chat Server Configuration Tool, on the File menu, click Configure Server Settings.

  3. On the left navigation bar click System Wide, and then click the All Lookup Servers tab.

  4. Click Change.

  5. In the Password box, type the new password.

  6. In the Confirm Password box, retype the new password.
