Resolve

Check certificate path

Ensure that the VMMS service has access to the certificate store for the VMMS, the machine certificate store and the admin-provided certificate. Then, restart the VMMS service. If the problem persists, please contact product support.

Verify

The virtual machine is able to start successfully and the user is able to view and interact with the virtual machine display.
