Using Softphone to Verify a Call Transfer
This section describes the procedure for confirming that a call has been transferred successfully.
To verify that the call has been transferred
- After the call has been transferred, log off your computer.
- Log on as DemoAgent2.
- Double-click AgentDeskop.exe to start the Agent Desktop.
- Verify that a session for John Smith is present, which indicates that the session was successfully transferred to DemoAgent2.
