Using Softphone to Verify a Call Transfer

This section describes the procedure for confirming that a call has been transferred successfully.

To verify that the call has been transferred

  1. After the call has been transferred, log off your computer.
  2. Log on as DemoAgent2.
  3. Double-click AgentDeskop.exe to start the Agent Desktop.
  4. Verify that a session for John Smith is present, which indicates that the session was successfully transferred to DemoAgent2.
