This entry holds the name and full path to the executable that is used to configure the Discovery Service during its deployment. The default value for DiscoveryConfigTool in the Visual Studio 2008 extensions installer is C:\Program Files\Microsoft CIS\DCS Business Logic Visual Studio Extensions VS2008\ServiceModelConfig\ServiceModelConfig.exe. This value is used in the DiscoveryArguments.

To view or modify this value

  1. Start Visual Studio, and on the Tools menu, click Options.

  2. On the left pane, under DCS, click Service Publishing. The ServiceModelConfigFile setting appears on the right side of the page.
