Managing Configurations

The Configurations section of the Admin Console consists of various configuration settings that allow you to:

  • Manage Agent Desktops
  • Admin Console Web Service
  • Agent Credentials
  • Contact Center Web Service
  • Gateway Web Service

The configuration settings done in this section are updated only when the respective service is restarted. The following topics discuss how to search, create, modify, and delete a configuration:
