Troubleshooting Workflow Configuration
Refer the following table if you encounter problems when you configure workflow controls in CCFSQL.

The Current Workflow control of the Agent Desktop is always disabled and no workflow is visible. |
The agent does not have access to any of the workflows. |
An administrator can configure access rights for the agent. |
When the agent clicks an item in the Current Workflow list view, the following message appears: “You do not have access to this hosted application. Please contact the administrator.” |
The agent has access to the workflow, but does not have access to the application that corresponds to the selected step in the workflow. |
An administrator can use AzMan to configure access rights to the hosted applications for each step in the workflow. |
The following error message appears: “Pending workflow for this session is not available. Please contact the administrator.” |
The agent does not have access to the workflow that corresponds to the workflow ID. The administrator might have removed access rights for this agent. |
An administrator can configure access rights for the agent. |
