Deleting an Agent

To delete an agent:

1. In the Admin Console, expand the root node <machineName> in the left-hand tree pane.

2. Click the Agents node.

3. Using the search function (right-click in the list view area), locate the agent to be removed from the CCF database.

4. Type the agent’s First Name and Last Name in the search window. All agents with that name will be listed in the List View pane on the lower-right side of the page.

5. Right-click the desired agent name in the List View pane on the right side of the page and click Delete.

6. The agent’s information will be deleted from the database.
