DeployUseFilter and DeployFilter

During deployment, the Use filter check boxes are used to apply the filters specified in the property:value list. The settings for the filter are stored in the DeployUseFilters registry key. The default value is True.

The filters to be applied during service deployment are stored in the comma-separated list of property:value pairs in the DeployFilter registry key. The default value for this registry key is Organization.Plant:DEMO.

To view or modify the property-value list

  1. Start Visual Studio, and on the Tools menu, click Options.

  2. On the left pane, under DCS, click Optional Filters.

  3. The Content Filters pane appears on the right side of the page. To add a filter, click the Add new filter button. To remove a filter, select the filter from the list, and then press the Delete key on your key board.
