Resilience to failure

In addition to inherent infrastructure support for availability and scalability, CCF provides internal mechanisms to improve resilience to failure

  • Service connectivity can be maintained at the logical level through DCS scoping
  • DCS Workflow instances can be automatically persisted to a durable store such as a SQL Server database when it reaches a critical point from which in case of failure
  • CCF supports the persistence of sessions allowing the Integrated desktop to recover in case of failure but also to transfer sessions between agents
