Managing Non-hosted Applications

Non-Hosted applications are applications are external to Agent Desktop, but can be invoked from Agent Desktop. Examples of non-hosted applications are calculator, word-processing applications, communication applications and so on. Unlike hosted applications, there is no data integration between non-hosted applications.
