The various roles in the CCF environment provide access and security to the components of a CCF environment. You can configure various agent roles and their respective applications in the Admin Console. You can configure various administrative roles in the Active Directory for the domain. Broadly, following are the roles used in the CCF environment:

  • Agent
  • CCF Administrator
  • Agent using Citrix applications
  • Application Admin
  • SSO Administrator
  • SSO Affiliate Administrator
