DiscoveryArguments

This entry holds the arguments for the deployment execution tool (the ServicePublishingTool.exe shipped with DCS).These arguments cause the service information to be published in the Discovery Service. These setting are used only when the PublishIntoDiscovery key is set to True.. The default value for DiscoveryArguments is discovery serviceModelRegDir="%DiscoveryRegTool%" serviceModelConfigDir="%DiscoveryConfigTool%" targetSite="%ServiceUrl%" scopeComponents="Organization.Plant".

To view or modify this value

1. Start Visual Studio, and on the Tools menu, click Options.

2. On the left pane, under DCS, click Service Publishing. The DiscoveryArguments setting appears on the right side of the page.
