Searching for Roles

To filter a Roles list, the following field is available in the search window.

• Name of the role

To search Roles use the following steps:

1. In the Admin Console, expand the root node <machineName> in the left-hand tree pane.

2. Click on the Roles node.

3. Right-click in the blank area on the List View pane and click Search Roles.

4. The Search Roles window will appear as shown where the administrator can use the full or partial name of role as search criteria.

5. Note

   In Groups and Roles, in the case of a partial search with a string, the search lists all of the groups or roles that start with that string only.
