The Microsoft Forefront Protection 2010 for SharePoint on-demand scan enables you to immediately scan specific sites in order to assess malware concerns as they arise. For example, in a virus outbreak scenario, you can immediately scan just a few specific sites that you suspect may be compromised by the threat.
