Configure Backup

To configure computer backups for a computer, do the following:

To configure backups for a computer

  1. Open the Windows Home Server Console.

  2. Click the Computers & Backup tab.

  3. Right-click a computer, and then click Configure Backup.

  4. Follow the Backup Configuration Wizard to choose the volumes you want to back up and the folders you want to exclude from the backup.

Note

By default, all volumes on a computer are automatically backed up each night.
