You may need your Security Accounts Manager (SAM) name to follow certain procedures for Microsoft Online Services.
To find your SAM name

In My Company Portal, on the Home tab, click Start Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

At the top of the Office Live Meeting window, you will see your 20-character SAM account name. It takes the form: <name>_<companydomain>. It may cut off information you expect to see because the SAM name reflects only the first 20 characters of the entire user name and company domain.

If you do not have Office Live Meeting in Microsoft Online Services, contact your service administrator to look up your SAM name.
